Shipping & Returns

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Products are shipped from Mainland China using international shipping services.

For most deliveries to the United States, estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs inspections, carrier conditions, or seasonal shipping demand.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return requests for unused items may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must remain in original condition and packaging.

Depending on the reason for the return, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
